I tried a workaround, then opened the car dashboard, with a multimeter testing the inputs (arriving via the car's whip) to the LEDs.

To turn on the LEDs I need to put just one GND (0 volts) in just one LED that all the others light up. However, when I switch off the car the LEDs will not turn off, even 1 hour after the car is turned off.

So I thought the following situation, I believe I have to pull a wire from the illumination of the vehicle (headlamp detection). But if I put 12V in the track of the LEDs nothing happens, but when I turn off the headlight, the wire receives 0 volts, then the leds connect ... How can I make this adaptation?

If I put 0V (GND) on the microcontroller on the doors that are in yellow, all the panel's LEDs will turn on.

See the images below.

If anyone can help, I appreciate it
